Originally from the Hoenn region, 5 years ago their family moved away from their home in Lilycove City and moved to Hau'oli City in the Alola Region. Things quickly went sideways as this was around the time the Ultra Beasts invaded as a result of Lusamine's madness. They did their best to put a stop to that and calm down the rampaging Ultra Beasts, before finally taking on the newly-established Elite Four and being crowned Alola's first champion. While they have a bit of an ego as a result of their fancy title, they aren't exactly big on being famous across the region, and will often take great pains to avoid stirring up attention when out in public, and they don't really enjoy the massive amount of attention being a champion comes with. They usually try to filter what they say around other people, and while they think they're alone, they have a tendency to talk to themself. |
